Yesterday was such an emotional day. So many hurting people going through such tough days. My day was spent in a lot of prayer for these ones. (And of course, making food because my Mommy and Daddy taught me to love on people in that way.) As I sit here this morning, the tears are flowing as my heart breaks. There are no words yet I pray my presence helped. Even though I couldn't be with each one I was praying for I pray my words through texts comforted.
Father, I am praying for a miracle in these situations. Most of all I am praying for their faith to "…be made stronger…" I pray for these ones to seek You and stay close to You.
- The one who received an organ transplant this week and is now intubated.
- The couple who are separated…the hurt that continues to come between them.
- The family who are in their last days with their loved one.
- The young Mommy who was diagnosed with a brain tumor and will have surgery.
- The three going through medical testing…I pray two of these three will realize You are what they need in their life….I pray for the other one to stay strong in their faith.
Dear Jesus,
Father, Your word tells us in Psalm 18 of how David sang to You when You delivered him from his enemies. Lord, I pray these situations I'm praying for will be delivered from their "enemy"…tumors, health issues, relationship issues…Father, deliverance is needed. You are needed. Your healing touch is needed. Father, I pray You will be so real to these ones and their loved ones. I am calling upon Your name for miracles to happen in their lives. Thank You Jesus for being My Rock. Amen.

burning coals blazed out of it.

dark clouds were under his feet.
10 He mounted the cherubim and flew;
he soared on the wings of the wind.
11 He made darkness his covering, his canopy around him—
the dark rain clouds of the sky.
12 Out of the brightness of his presence clouds advanced,
with hailstones and bolts of lightning.
13 The Lord thundered from heaven;
the voice of the Most High resounded.[d]
14 He shot his arrows and scattered the enemy,
with great bolts of lightning he routed them.
15 The valleys of the sea were exposed
and the foundations of the earth laid bare
at your rebuke, Lord,
at the blast of breath from your nostrils.
